We have a few dozen postcard designs (always creating more) with various themes like Birthday, Anniversary, Thank You, Thinking of You, Congratulations and more. Or you could choose to customize your own design with photos from your phone’s gallery.
Choose a gift amount from $10 to $10,000. You pay only 10% upfront, deliver the postcard to your recipient with a claim link. Once claimed, the recipient shares their banking details so you can transfer the remaining balance. Simple!
Yes, we use bank-grade security and encryption to protect all transactions and communications. Strict fraud monitoring and precautions are in place. Your information is confidential and not shared with any third parties nor do we store it ourselves.
Postcards are delivered instantly to recipients. The claiming process depends on the recipient but we aim for a smooth experience within 3 business days. Once claimed, you’ll receive the banking details instantly so you can complete the funds transfer.
We currently support sending postcard and gifts in USD and EUR with more coming soon. And we deliver to over 150 countries worldwide, wherever major banks operate.
We frequently run special promotions offering free postcards, discounts on gift amounts or other benefits. Follow us on social media or check in-app for the latest offers.
Once your recipient receives the postcard, they will be prompted with a screen where they will see the postcard, its description (your message) and the value. There is a button called “Redeem” button. The page will also prompt them to enter some basic information like their full name, email address, and bank account details so you can transfer the remaining gift amount. We never see or share their bank information, we simply facilitate passing the details from recipient to sender.
After your recipient has claimed the postcard and provided their banking details, you will receive an email from us with the information necessary to complete the transfer through your banking portal or payments service. This usually includes details like the recipient’s account number, routing number/BIC and full name. Then you simply log in to your bank, and follow their process to transfer funds to another account to send your gift amount.
